Pidgey is a Normal/Flying Pokémon available in all Kanto and Johto-based games, as well as Kalos games, where it is a forced encounter on the first route. It can also be found in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire with the DexNav and in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon using Island Scan on Thursdays.
